The Organic Serenity Pillowtop mattress is made with 12 inches of natural latex. There are 9 inches in the bottom mattress, just as with the Organic Serenity. The casing closes with a strong brass zipper, and can be removed for eco-dry-cleaning. The detached Organic Pillowtop is made with 3 inches of natural latex, and its cover is also removable for cleaning.
