All bedding orders must be paid in full at the time of order since every item is made to order.
Methods of payment: personal check, Mastercard, Visa or Discover. We are required to collect sales tax for delivery in the state of Massachusetts.
Furnature guarantees that all bedding products are made with the highest quality of natural, organic, chemical-free ingredients available and are made in an environmentally conscious plant using the highest quality of craftsmanship possible. All items are made to order and are not held in inventory in a warehouse where they may be exposed to dust and allergens. All bedding accessories and mattresses come with quality warranties that are noted within each product description.
If any product is defective or damaged then we will gladly replace or repair it. All items are made to order and may not be returned for any other reason. We do not warranty any products for individual allergic sensitivities or reaction. We encourage chemically sensitive customers to take advantage of our offer to buy a test pillow (with credit towards larger purchase) to determine individual sensitivity before purchasing a major item such as a mattress or box spring

All items are made to order and no cancellations will be accepted once an order is in production. WE URGE PERSONS WITH ANY FORM OF ENVIRONMENTAL ILLNESS TO REQUEST OUR TEST PILLOWS PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS DUE TO ALLERGIC REACTIONS.
We cannot provide refunds, exchanges or credits for any reason other than product defects or shipping damages.
A 50% deposit with your order is required. You will
be notified when your Furnature has been completed.
When final payment is received we will call you to make
delivery arrangements. Payments can be made by check,

If you are not pleased with our products kindly call

We offer a comfort exchange on our mattresses &
bedding accessories. We will exchange the product in
question for the same product of a different firmness.
You are responsible for all shipping charges as well
as any difference in price.
Any exchanged items must be in perfect condition, contained
in its original packaging.
We will not except returns on any item due to allergic
reactions; we encourage you to order a test kit if you
have allergies or chemical sensitivities.
Since all upholstered furniture items are custom made
to order, they are not returnable. There will be no
refunds, exchanges or credits on custom-made items.

inspect your furniture prior to shipping,

Since textile manufacturers do not guarantee their products
for wearability, shrinkage, or color fastness, we cannot

Furnature mattresses and foundations come with a 20-year
warranty.
Furnature bedding accessories come with a 3-year warranty.
Furnature upholstered furniture frames come with an
unprecedented 20-year warranty.
Due to the limited supply of many of the organic components
found in Furnature, we can not guarantee an exact delivery
date. Production time is approximately 14-16 weeks.

Furnature's new innerspring, cotton-wrapped , organic
cushions are available to replace your old furniture
cushions. Prices will be furnished upon request.

Proper identification of your fabric is of utmost importance.
. If we can not identify your fabric your order can
not be put into production. To avoid unnecessary delays
make certain the following information is provided.
After you place your furniture order and prior to shipment
of your fabric, please mail us a swatch with specific
application instructions, showing the face side of fabric,
the top of the pattern, and centering of a special motif
if desired. Please indicate to which piece of furniture
the fabric is applied. Unless instructions are clearly
stated we reserve the right to use our best judgement
concerning the application of your fabric
Also please indicate the name of the company that is
shipping the fabric to us, the pattern name and color
as well as the yardage being shipped. We reserve the
right to reject the use of a fabric that will not be
suitable.
